Nacimos en 1980 como una compañía costarricense dedicada a la producción y comercialización de medicamentos para uso humano y de ser un laboratorio que atendía el mercado nacional, evolucionamos a  una Corporación que abarca distintos ámbitos del quehacer farmacéutico.

En el 2000, nuestra reputación nos permitió iniciar un proceso de expansión empresarial que  hoy se traduce en  alianzas estratégicas con laboratorios de amplia trayectoria a nivel mundial. Expandimos nuestra  cartera de productos e iniciamos la representación de otras casas farmacéuticas de prestigio internacional.

Con éxito enfrentamos el reto de romper las barreras que impone la diversidad social y cultural en materia de salud, y apoyados en un equipo de talentosos hombres y mujeres, lideramos un proceso de cambio y expansión apegados a los más altos principios de la ética y la transparencia empresarial.
